I'm surprised how much I love this foundation. 

I ended up using this for my wedding photos because it made my skin look flawless without looking cakey. Doesn't irritate my skin or shows my pores more. It blends easily, light weight and doesn't rub off.

I love to apply this product with my fingertips when I'm on the go and it gives me a great pick up. But for the summertime and the warmer temps, this product is a bit thick and heavy. As I grew to dislike heavy foundations as I reach the ripe to the age of 35, I tend to gravitate towards tinted moisturizers and BB or cc creams.  Great coverage but a pass for me.

 I had to exchange for an even lighter shade from 01N to 01C in the store after I tested it. I was even debating for the 009N milky peach because the colors are very different when you pump it out but as you rub into your skin, the color mixes well into your skin. If you are very fair, then I would suggest you skip this tinted moisturizer. Great for the summer but it does sink into your fine lines so don't use too much, just a light layer is enough. I have been using this during the hot temps well into 85s and 90F and it does well.

I think the shade color that I choose was a shade too light, so I wasn't too happy about this, but I believe there are ingredients in here that break me out. Luckily, I use this as a BB cream instead of a full foundation. I apply with my fingers because it can be easy to blend and work with, but you need to work fast. I do admit that I like the luminous look after application and I'm glad I tried something "armani", but I wouldn't repurchase this again. Check the ingredients before you buy.

I received these products complimentary from Influenster and Almays in exchange for my honest review and for testing purposes. I got the shade 110 Light, and at first I think it is a bit dark or orange for the color. It has buildable light coverage, but if you keep applying it looks cakey. So I prefer calling this product a tinted moisturizer if you apply light. I prefer to use a makeup brush over a makeup sponge or by hand fingers. It also rubs off when you wear a mask so...

I was excited to receive this complementary product from elf and Influenster. I have never used their foundation or cc cream so I was excited to try the brand.

I forgot since we have been using face masks for over a year that my foundation shade has became a lot lighter  than usual because the foundation shade was a bit dark or the foundation oxidize quick making me look a bit orange. It is a full coverage foundation that dries Matte; really love how it looks however if you have deep pores you will need a primer. Using a brush, it feels smooth lightweight and that looks lovely. On my face, looks a bit cakey at first on my skin but on my mother’s skin it looks beautiful so maybe it is geared towards more texture skin then smooth skin. Overall I love the finish just wish it was a bit lighter for the shade but that’s entirely my fault.

I was surprised how full coverage this product had. It's a mousse texture so you can apply it buy fingers or a brush. I like to use a brush to smooth it out to make it more natural. It has a dewy satin finish and looks healthy. Great for more mature skin.

M·A·C Studio Face and Body Foundation 120 ml in N2

I get why everyone raves about MAC products. I do love their lip gloss, blush and fix+, but I do not like this Face and Body foundation. I decided to use this during the summer time because it is hot and humid and this liquid texture, which is light coverage, is nice to work with. It dries down fast so you have to work fast. But it sinks and racks into fine lines after 5 hours. Every time I remove my surgical mask at the end of my shift, I see it--errrr. Maybe because of covid, we have to wear face  mask so maybe this product works better when exposed to the air instead of underneath a face mask. I do like the finish when I apply it, just overall, mixed feelings. Who knows, maybe it works better on the body on exposed skin.

TOM FORD Traceless Perfecting Foundation Broad Spectrum SPF 15-3.5 Ivory Rose

There is a reason why some foundations are more expensive than some, only if you can find the right shade. The application is lightweight and smooth and love the satin finish. I'm someone who prefers BB creams over full coverage thick foundations, so take this review with a grain of salt. In my opinion, this is my perfect foundation-it doesn't sink into my pores and it has enough coverage for me.

I received this as complimentary from influenster and Maybelline in exchange for my honest opinion. I didn't have much expectations with this drugstore product so the first time wearing it, I was in a rush and I used my fingers to apply. Surprisingly it went on so smooth and creamy and lasted out my 8 hour shift. It goes on dewy but can dry down to a slight powdery feel. Even though it claims to be medium coverage but to me I consider it light coverage. Very lightweight and natural finish; perfect for the winter time. Love the pump.

I finally understand the hype on this holy grail foundation product. I love that I have finally found my shade however it breaks me out if I wear it for too long. I love the natural finish and the application and the coverage. Great in photos but you must give your skin a spa day or wear it every two days. 

Hera True Wear Foundation

I got shade 23 Very Yellow and warm for me and I'm asian!!

But I use this with the Benefit Bo-ching concealer and it balances the color shade out.
I love the MUFE foundation but it breaks me out. Hera however doesn't break me out.

I love the Hera cushion foundations since I was in college and when I saw this foundation on the market, I ordered it. This product is great for dry skin and but so much with oily because it had limited oil control. I love the stay-on time and the finish.

Too Faced Dew You Frutti Tutti Fresh Glow Foundation in Vanilla

In my opinion, I consider this foundation a spring or autumn foundation. I love the watermelon scent and it's semi-dewy when applied on my dry sensitive skin. I do like the gel cream texture allowing it easy to apply with your fingers if you are short on time.  This foundation doesn't stay on for more than 4 hours and don't expect full coverage. Overall I like the pump and it's travel friendly.

I received this foundation as complimentary from Influenster and Shiseido for my honest opinion. I was excited for Shiseido because it's a skincare brand that I've used since I was a teenager.  The packaging is beautiful with the glass bottle and twist pump. I was so glad how weightless, smooth and matte that it applied on the face. You need at least 4 pumps to cover the entire face. The coverage is medium and it looks nice when applied. If you don't sweat and you don't move then it will look fine however, it barely lasted for 4 hours. Between my 4-8 hours shift, I would to get it off immediately. It looked so cakey and bad on my dry combination skin. I've tried it with a brush and beauty blender, setting spray and without it on two different days and it just doesn't work on my skin. I don't like how it feels when I use an oil cleanser to wash it off, but I don't have a problem washing it off with a gel cleanser. It broke me out with blemishes both times around my cheeks and chin. Too bad that I prefer the concealer over the foundation.

My first expression when I open the product and pump it out was "it's so watery" and I hated it. But I learned to work it with a beauty blender. I ended up mixing it with a thicker foundation consistent and liked it. It's full coverage or build-able if you mix this product with Too Faced Born this Way. Sometimes this work on me and sometimes it doesn't. It is definitely weightless because you don't feel as if there's foundation on your face, but it transfers so buyer beware. I wouldn't recommend it or repurchase this.

Benefit Hello Happy Foundation

This is a good natural light coverage summer foundation. I do like the squeezable light weight for traveling. Setting this foundation makes the foundation last a bit longer. There's a lot a bit of sunscreen in this product.

Perfect for the summertime for my combination sensitive skin, I love wearing it when it's 90F outside. I usually use my fingers to apply, but you can use a dense round makeup brush to apply. It sets really fast so I like to use this when on-the-go! All my imperfections are gone!!!
This product is very lightweight to the point where I forgot that I was wearing foundation.
I have the old packaging because I love this pump vs the new packaging in a squeeze tube.

This brand was one of the first makeup brands that I was exposed to ages ago from my mom, who knows this brand as "Christian Dior". I love the sleek and modern packaging which leads more for the hip city working girl haha. I received this product as complimentary for testing purposes and was happy to test out a new foundation.. The product claims that it can be flawless for 24 hours while leaving the skin looking radiant. I wasn't sure 100% of my exact shade and since summer was coming, so I stayed safe and chose neutral - light skin with neutral undertones. I applied it with an airbrush and it went on smoothly with a cooling sensation. My skin loved it; it was the perfect shade!! I didn't wear a primer or moisturizer underneath and I have dry-sensitive skin. It covered all my pores and made my skin look nice. It does oxide to a bit more warmer a few minutes later so perfect for the summer. My skin felt a bit tighten 10 minutes later so I'm guessing that there are anti-aging properties in this product. I love the full coverage and my mom would love this more. Plus SPF!

I brought this on sale and ended up loving the matte instead of the hydrating. The hydrating was so drying for my dry skin that I ended up returning it. I love that the matte was moisturizing enough and didn't leave a shine.
It has medium coverage and it does cake if you try to apply a second layer.

It's a dropper which I didn't expect because most of the foundation nowadays are in a pump.
I brought a shade darker instead of getting LIGHT. I ended up mixing with my lightest shade foundation in my collection and it works.
