Very cute packaging with the usual flower daisy decor. I dap 5-10 quick dots on my face and then used my fingers and it’s quick spreadable, but you have to work quick. Yes, to natural more matte finish and yes to medium coverage. It is buildable so it can cover pores if you apply more. I applied it over sunscreen, and it did feel quick dry. I do like this for summertime on the go. I will bring this to Taiwan with me.
