Thoughts: April 2024

I went from an easy, hurried, low-maintenance facial cleaning ritual to trying out the Asian 10 step skincare routine. Being raised in New York City has damaged and polluted my skin; I'm now repairing and focusing on anti-aging.
I want to buy and use products from a broad number of brands, I didn't just want to stick with one brand, I shopped around and compared all. I will try to write reviews each month, one which will be a list my skincare routine products, sharing my experiences on each product.

Anua Heartleaf 77% Soothing Toner

I understand the hype for this popular watery toner. I see myself using this product more during the summer but of course all year round is fine but you will get more benefits of the reduction of redness during the warmer temperatures. I'm glad I got the jumbo size and I am willing to share this toner with my family members haha.

Live Tinted Hueguard 3-in-1 Mineral Sunscreen, Moisturizer, Primer SPF 30

I'm so surprised that not many people know about this mineral sunscreen. I purchased this product because I needed a mineral sunscreen because I'm pregnant and can't use chemical sunscreens which I always preferred. Secondly I needed something that will last the humid hot Taiwan weather while on vacation. I loved this lightweight sunscreen; not only was it effective, but it's a slight orange yellow tint that blends into any color skin. My mom loved it so much when I shared it to her that she never returned it back to me.
