 I never thought I would enjoy applying lightweight cream instead of oil in my fine hair. This cooler temperature seasons are the perfect time to have this product in your head. The scent smells divine and it doesn't linger. A little goes a long way. This product allows me to survive the second hair day and I never do that. Anything that protects my hair through humidity and UV damage, I'm a fan of.

 This hair product smells divine! It is so smooth and silky and the hair absorbs the product without feeling sticky. It elevates your curly or wavy hair, but doesn't do much with humidity hair. I used it on a high humidity day and my hair looks as crazy as usual. But it kept my hair clean and I even survived second day hair feeling as fresh as the day of when I used this product. I will pass this onto my very curly hair friend and know she will love it as much as I did.

I purchased this product on the last Sephora Spring sale because I'm in my mid 30s, was stressing about work and life. My hair started to thin out near the front of my scalp and I've noticed more hair strands down the drain every time I wash my hair. I've only used this product a few times after I wash my hair. It says to apply a few drops to wet hair and I haven't noticed much. But my hair hasn't been disappearing so I guess this is a good thing?

I've used so many different brands of Hair Oil during the past 5 years because when I got closer and closer to my 30s, my hair started to get really dry. 

I have always heard good things about the Moroccan Oil but the price tag was a bit high for me in my mid twenties since just out of college and trying to pay off student college loans. So I found a dupe. The L'Oréal Paris Elvive Extraordinary Oil Deep Nourishing Treatment is the exact dupe of the Moroccan oil.



I used this oil for my hair right after I get out of the shower, for the next 24 hours, my hair is so soft and feels healthy.

The First time I squeezed the product out of the bottle the first time, I thought OMG charcoal as an ingredient for shampoo WTH?? This is great for someone who has ultra thin hair and oily hair. I used it up just to use it up. I hated it after 4 hours into work, my hair would start to feel thick and gross.

I'm currently dealing with dry hair and dry roots, so I thought this product would help my hair. I didn't have high expectations because nothing else was working. So when I saw this package in the mail, I opened it and used it that night. The only annoying thing is that you have to wash your hair and then dry it with a towel and apply this onto your hair, wait 10 minutes and then rinse it off.



When I was washing it off my hair, I was thinking, "OMG this is so annoying, I have to retake my shower". However, the aftermath was quite shocking. My ends were smooth and my hair was looking very healthy. I love it but I think I would only use this product once a week on a day that I'm off from work.

I got this complimentary from L'oreal and Influenster to try out for my honest opinion. 
My hair is on the drier side and prone to split ends due to the winter season.
I applied it for the first time right after I washed my hair onto wet hair and then let it dry.
OMG, my hair felt so different.
A lot softer and healthy feeling.

The second time that I used it, I applied it before shampoo and didn't see much of a difference.
It's a bit hard to pump out the first time but once you get it out, the scent smells so nice!

Somang Keratin Silk Protein Hair Aqua Essence - I was happy about trying this new product because I do get split ends in my hair. I'm a bit glad that they are trying to venue out to more hair products. It has a nice floral smell when you spray it on your hair. Plus 110 ml is a lot for a "hair spray" and you just spray and you are good to run out the door. My hair feel moisturized and smooth.

Smells really nice hence the name of the product.

Its texture is more serum-like than essence-like.

I apply it wet and it leaves my hair soft when dry.

I would like to imagine that it helped "heal" my roots or prevent some split ends.

But I haven't seen much of a difference so won't be repurchasing.

1.8 oz Living Proof No-Frizz Humidity Shield
Hairspray that I tried to use daily, but I didn't reach for it much.


1 oz Klorane Dry Shampoo with Oat Milk from France
Dry Shampoo that I tried will always be compared to the Batiste Dry Shampoo and up to this day no other brand can compare.


0.5 oz Madam CJ Walker Scent & Shine Coconut Oil 
Best for dry curly hair, but not a fan of this.


0.5 oz DryBar Bay Breeze Hydrating Shot 
This serum was new to me, but to stand in the shower for 10 minutes to wait for this. It does hydrate your hair and makes your hair feels extra soft, but it's just too much work. I rather use conditioner.


1 oz dpHUE Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Raise 
holy shyt! This stinks!!! Smells like ammonia. I used it 5 more times to finish it, but it was painful to smell this chemical scent as you were trying to wash your hair.


1 oz Bumble And Bumble Hairdresser's Invisible Oil Primer 
A primer for your hair. Just too much for my hair.

0.5 oz IGK Rich Kid Coconut Oil Gel 
Someone suggested this and I did, but will pass.

2.4 oz VERB Sea Spray 
Totally didn't like it. It did give you a little bit of beach waves but it was hard to run your hands through your hair after a while.


1 oz Briogeo Don’t Despair, Repair!™ Deep Conditioning Mask 
Smelled bad after 2 washes, but hair was soft afterwards.


1.35 oz Christophe Robin Cleansing Purifying Scrub with Sea Salt 
The only one that I didn't expect anything from and the sea salt shampoo made me love this product. Exfoliate my scalp and my hair, this was something new. This is the only product that I enjoyed in this bag and that I will re-purchase this product alone.
