Farmacy DEEP SWEEP 2% BHA pore cleaning toner 4.0 fl. oz / 120 ml.

I purchased this toner because I wanted a BHA to add into my skincare routine. I was tired of seeing blackheads and whiteheads on my face. Plus I needed a toner so got it during a Sephora sale or a Farmacy sale. Skin looks toned when I use this twice a week in the winter time and I don't see as many comedonic pores like I've seen before. I will upgrade into using this 3-5 times a week during the spring or warmer weather conditions.

I purchased this product after having it in my Sephora cart for about a year until I started to see dark age spots appearing on my face this winter. Luckily the Sephora 20% coupon came in time at the end of the year to use. I started it daily for a week and didn't see much change so I changed it to two a week and slowly introduced this produce to my skincare night routine. I don;t care for this product much and just using it to finish it. I am a bit disappointed but now I know that this will not be a repurchase. The good thing was that I didn't feel any tingling.

  Round Lab Foam Cleanser

I was excited to try it out thanks to 08Liter and RoundLab giving me mini versions of the product to try out. I have sensitive skin and since we are all wearing mask for the time we are outside, I'm wearing a mask for 8-9 hours a day at work so I don't wear foundation nowadays and focus more on skincare. I love the packaging and few ingredients on their products. This product out of the 3 was the one I was least interested in and didn't reach for it. It feels like a regular foam cleanser, nothing special. 

   

Round Lab 1025 Dokdo Lotion

I thought of this product as an emulsion. I really like how this product feels on my skin but I saw on cosmily that there are ingredients (glycine soja oil) that are comedogenic and my skin is prone to clog pores. I use this product when I need extra hydration at night time before a cream.

 

ROUND LAB 1025 Dokdo Toner

I had huge expectations for this because it was very popular in South Korea in the year of 2020. They were frequently on the top Olive Young list. It was great for my sensitive skin and hydrates your skin without tingling-that is the only thing I ask for in a toner.

Dr. Barbara Sturm Enzyme Cleanser

I got this as a deluxe sample from Sephora and I have now declared this product my holy grail in my mid 30s. For $5 more than the Barbara Sturm regular "foam" cleanser, this product is so much more superior for my skin. It removed all my blackheads and whiteheads. My face was so smooth especially with everyone wearing face masks. I used this product either once a couple weeks or once a month. This product will be on my list of products to repurchased. Worth the price tag especially when you can travel with this.

Sulwhasoo First Care Activating Serum Inner Fullness

 I remember using this about 5-10 years ago with the original packaging and loved it. I was expensive for me to repurchased while I was in college. I brought the new packaging this past winter and used it because I have fond memories of this product in my head. I'm not sure if my face buds changed or my expectations were so high when I was in college so maybe I'm exposed to better stuff now. I was kind of disappointed in this product.

COOLA Full Spectrum 360° Mineral Sun Silk Crème SPF 30

 This is a physical sunscreen; there has been a problem currently with chemical sunscreen on the market so I'm glad that I currently have a physical sunscreen. It is enough for me for daily wear during the winter months. This is a bit thicker to wear so you might spend some time layering it out along the face. Overall it is a good sunscreen with no scent.

I was excited to receive this complementary product from elf and Influenster. I have never used their foundation or cc cream so I was excited to try the brand.

I forgot since we have been using face masks for over a year that my foundation shade has became a lot lighter  than usual because the foundation shade was a bit dark or the foundation oxidize quick making me look a bit orange. It is a full coverage foundation that dries Matte; really love how it looks however if you have deep pores you will need a primer. Using a brush, it feels smooth lightweight and that looks lovely. On my face, looks a bit cakey at first on my skin but on my mother’s skin it looks beautiful so maybe it is geared towards more texture skin then smooth skin. Overall I love the finish just wish it was a bit lighter for the shade but that’s entirely my fault.
