A nice theme to end a subscription.

1. A'pieu - Watermelon Slice Mask - Great packaging but a'pieu's sheet mask are always a pass for me. It's a great mask to start with if you are new to sheet mask.
2. Berrisom Real Jeju Skingel mask - Hanrabong - I love the orange ingredient are in sheet masks but this is another pass forme.
3. Corean Winage Honey Nutrition Mask - the essence didn't absorb into my skin. I used this sheet mask in the morning after I cleansed and toned my face and the mask was just uncomfortable.
4. Nohj Opuntia Humifusa Cotton Mask (Moisture) - I love all the mask in this brand so I'm saving this for a plane ride.
5. A'pieu Sweet Canola Honey Mask - a pass
6. Rire Real Nature Mask Pack - Pearl - I love all brightening/pearl mask. I will use this on the beach.
7. Re:cipe Slowganic Mask (Tangerine) - I prefer the peach over the orange because this is a repeat with me.
8. The Saem Natural Skin Fit Mask Sheet - Green Grape - this is new to me and it was one of the 4 that I liked in this mask maven.
9. Mystery Summer Sweets Mask was Nohj Superfood Honey Mask - a repeat and a loved one.
   
   

It's been a nice two years with this mask maven subscription and I have been exposed to countless number of brands. But I have decided to not renew my subscription because I have realized what my skin likes and dislikes. This subscription is great for someone who is just starting to get into sheet masks.

A bit of a disappointment considering that all the sheet mask are from lower end tier brands in Korea but sometimes you can find good sheet mask at low prices.

1. Urban Dollkiss Urban City Azulene Mask - this is great for dry and sensitive skin but besides the packaging, this was quite mediocre.
2. Adaline - Keep Cool and Let Shine Facial Mask - This is a brightening sheet mask that nice for damaged skin. I was immediate drawn to the packaging.
3. Pure Smile Point Pad in Kiwi and Cherry Blossom- it's a good idea for the beach because you can use it all at once all over your body.
4. Berrisom Water Bomb Jelly Mask- antiwrinkle properties and good for damaged skin.
5. It's skin mask - tea tree which is good for controllling oil and soothing sunburnt skin
6. Tsiao stayed up late - Alice - I love any black colored sheet masks!
7. Dr. Nobori eye mask - it has firming properties that can help with fine lines and wrinkles. Plus it doesn't hurt that it has seaweed extract.
8. Mijin cosmetics brightening mask- this was my favorite in this month's mask maven. It was full is essence that lasted me a little more than a hour. It has mulberry root, lemon, green tea extract and my skin definitely look much clearer the morning after!

So I was notified that every month mask maven will be delivered at the end of the month. Why???

1. Etude House 0.2mm Therapy Air Mask (Lotus) - these are very thin as the name of the mask says "air mask". Just mediocre sheet masks that can aid in soothing.
2. Etude House 0.2mm Therapy Air Mask (Pearl) - I like anything brightening.
3. Wangskin White Flower Mask Pack - Another brightening sheet mask which I like.
4. Welcos Jeju Green Tea Flower Moisturizing Mask - 
5. Welcos Jeju Camellia Flower Moisturizing Mask - 
6. Coreana Winage Hyaluronic Acid Moisture Mask - 
7. Coreana 2-Step Egg Cloud Mask - I would recommend this as a nighttime routine mask. It has a cleanser that you wash off and the second part is a sleeping pack.
8. MJCare 2-Step White Flowers Soothing Mask - great for summer vacations when you are by the beach under sun exposure
9. The Face Shop Real nature Lily Face Mask - I brought the entire line from The Face Shop when they just came out. I do have a few favorites from this line.

This April Mask Maven came during the second week of May and the theme was "soothing showers". The tristate area in the US have been getting spring showers in May so this April Mask Maven definitely felt more suitable for May. 

I was very happy with the selection of masks that was in this mask maven so it didn't bother me that it was late at all.

1. Too Cool For School Egg Cream mask - Pore Tightening - You don't always get what you want in life. I have dry skin so I prefer the hydration over the more famous pore tightening but both are pretty good on the skin.
2. A'pieu Real Big Yogurt One Bottle (Plain)- I think the only reason that I still like is the packaging.
3. Mediheal NMF Aquaring Ampoule Mask - this is one of the first sheet mask that I used that got me into this sheet mask frenzy. Always a keeper.
4. AM Piggy Head Mask - Sun Moon Lake Black Tea Instant Repairing Facial Mask - I kind of wanted the Lala Shan Peach Aqua Moisturizing one instead because I brought the Sun Moon Lake one when I visited Taiwan.
5. Mizon Enjoy Vital-Up Time Watery Moisture Mask - another mizon for dry skin
6. HIDDENcos Latte Mask - this is a new sheet mask for me. I've been wanting to try this sheet mask and I was excited to see this brand in the maven. Plus it has coffee extract so I hope it has brightening effects.
7. WellDerma Water Full Moisture Ampoule Mask - I do like this mask  because I started to get into marine water ingredients in my products.
8. Timeless Truth Hydra-Intense Black Charcoal Mask - one of my favorite brands that I discovered in Taiwan. I still have the entire TT hydra intense collection.
9. Nohj Bananaman SSUL mask - cucumber - Another favorite brand of mine with heavy moisture in its sheet mask.

1 and 2 - Berrisom Animal Mask - Tiger and Sheep. The Tiger one is more suitable for dry skin while the sheep one is for brightening properties.

3 and 4 - Nohj Bananaman SSUL Green Tea and Golden Pearl Modelling Foil Mask - I love this brand and thank Mask Maven for introducing me to this brand. It's hydrating, moisturizing and packaging is awesome.

5 - Mizon Enjoy Vital-Up Time - Soothing - there is a faint lavender scent and it's suppose to help with stress.

6 and 7 - Esfolio Pure Skin Essence Snail and Pearl -  I previously have brought these sheet masks while I was in Taiwan and I like them. I'm happy that I got the pearl one cause I loved that one.

8 - My Beauty Diary Tranexamic Acid Treatment Mask - it's great for people that wasn't a brighter complexion.

9 - Purederm Age Defying Collagen Mask - great mediocre sheet mask that has Vitamin E, green tea and tropical fruits extracts and they are suppose to help you with anti-aging properties.

2- Annie's way French rose silk sheet mask. Rose is my new favorite ingredient so I was happy about this one.

3- purederm choco cacao collagen mask - such a mediocre sheetmask and it dried up right away.

4- Annie's way jelly mask lavender- calm and soothe

5- nature planet relaxing blending herbs green tea soothing. The nature planet brand is very new to me and I was happy that this mask was introduced into the mask maven.

6- nature planet relaxing blending herb black tea - anti-aging

7- tsaio advanced complex mask nourish brighten and repair skin

8- tsaio deep moisture mask hyaluronia acid and aloe Vera

9- tsaio firming mask anti aging Anything with firming is great!

This month mask maven was majoring Taiwanese sheet mask which was fun and nice!

Leaders Amino Clearing Mask - I think this was the first time that I've used Leaders and it is very thick in essence in its gel mask. My face did look more brighten throughout the day.

In theme with Halloween and for some reason this review was stuck in my "drafts" and I just forgot about it.

Nohj Superfood - Honey - this nohj brand is one of my top 5 favorite brands of sheet mask! Always happy to see it in mask mavens.
Tsaio Stayed Up Late Mask- love the name of this sheet mask but if I was a student I would buy it if I saw it in the stores, but I still used it and this black sheet mask felt moisturizing.
Tony Moly Broccoli Mask Sheet - tony moly sheet mask are always a nice one to use when face is dry.
Berrisom Horror Mask - Black Rice (Skull) - I actually saved this and used it on Halloween and I was so tempted to walk outside in the middle of the night and scare some people haha.
Ariul 7 Day Mask - Pomegranate - new brand to me but sheet mask was quite mediocre. Help with anti-aging is always a plus.
Ariul 7 Days Mask - Tea Tree - same.
Esfolio - Bird's Nest Essence - Interesting that esfolio came out with a bird's nest one.
My Beauty Diary - Caviar - my beauty diary was a cult favorite in Taiwan and I still reach for them one in a while. However, to have caviar as one of them is quite interesting.

I have to say that I am quite disappointed with this month's mask maven. Did they even try? Three masks were doubles and they added a hand, foot and nose strip. WTH?

1. A'Pieu Sweet Melon Mask - this mask was a repeat and I didn't like it. Just a mediocre sheet mask.
2. Annie's Way Peptide Anti-Wrinkle Mask - I gave these to my mom.
3. Annie's Way Honey Deep Moisturizing Silk Mask - I actually like this brand but I would have preferred a more diverse of brands this month. Anyway this mask is perfect for this upcoming winter.
4. AngelLooka Collagen Mask - this is a new sheet mask for me and it was quite moisturizing during my long 2-hour bus ride to Philly but it has alcohol denatured in it!
5. AngelLooks Ultra Moisturizing Hand Mask - This is also a repeat and I have tried it before but I'm not a fan of hand mask because you can only do so much with these one.
6. Aritaum Bamboo Charcoal Blackhead Nose Patch - gave to my teenage brother hahaha.

5. Tsiao Chamomile Licorice Skin Soothing Mask - best for dry and sensitive skin. The second I opened this packaging, my eyes went towards this mask and I immediately tried it and took a nap with it on for 30 minutes. My skin felt refreshing afterwards.
6. tsaio Sweet Orange Moisturizing Mask - very hydrating
7. Scinic My Juicy Bottle Mask Soothing Ampoule
8. TheFaceShop MasCream Sheet Brightening - very creamy and moisturizing
9. Missha Pure Source Cell Mask - Green Tea - Missha sheet mask aren't my best friend so I passed this along to my sister

I believed that I got a lot of Green Tea this month, which is fine because those are good for anti-inflammation and perfect for end of summer weather nonsense.

2- Missha Real Solution Tencel Sheet Mask - Ceramide (soothing) - not good for sensitive skin

3- Beauty Friends Pomegrante Essence - passed along to sister

4- Beauty Friends Vitamin Essence - passed along to sister

5- Dr.Jart+ Vital Hydra Solution Mask - This was my first Dr.Jart+ mask and I had high expectations but I believe that the LoveMore brand is much better, but this was very hydrating.

6- Yadah Cactus Soothing Mask Pack - One of my favorites - very hydrating and face felt softer afterwards.

7- Yadah Honey Moisturizing Mask Pack - ditto to the above.

8- It's Skin Cream Mask Sheet - Glow - Very hydrating

9- Mystery Mask - Pore Ghassoul Pack - Not a fan and passed it along.

I brought it for a year to try it out. 

1. Dr. Morita - Green Tea & Amino Essence Moisturizing Facial Mask - reduction of fine lines is a good thing but it burn, itch, tinkle. Bad for my sensitive skin. I couldn't last 2 minutes with it on. But there's a lot of essence though. I didn't bother taking a picture because I just wanted to get it off my face ASAP!
2. No:hJ Manuka Honey Mask Sheet - anything with honey I like. This brand is also one of my favorites.
3. A'Pieu - Sweet Melon and Milk Mask - I didn't know this brand produce sheet masks. Very moisturizing but the essence or serum on the mask doesn't seem to be absorbed into my skin, just sit on top of my skin so not liking this. 
4. LoveMore - Wine Yeast Whitening Mask Sheet - I love these silk sheet masks and it helped with whitening and uneven skin tones
5. LoveMore - Rose Hybrid Whitening Mask - hydrating and brightening is what I need during the summertime. I enjoy this brand so much that I have ordered a box of a variety of flavored from this brand.
6. Daylight and Hue Propolis Mask - firms the skin, I was so tired that I napped for a hour with the sheet mask on . It moisturized my skin but couldn't tell if the firming worked after 1 use. 
7. Lus Essence Royal Jelly Mask - moisturizing but real smelly aka stinky.
8. iPuda Strawberry Mask - I'm glad that I got this over the Dermal brand because from the past mask mavens that contain dermal brands my skin didn't react well to it.
9. Hanaka Macaron Facial Mask - Hyaluronic Acid - it's a cute wash off mask.

1. Mediheal Parrafin Foot Mask - will be giving this away because I'm not a fan of foot mask.
2. TonyMoly Pureness - not a fan of these masks, but it does its job
3. No:hJ Soothing Mask Pack - Snail (red one) - perfect for sensitive skin. I have avoided snail ingredients as long as possible, but since this is in a sheet mask from one of my favorite brands-why not. I had this sheet mask on for a hour and it was still pretty moisturizing.
4. No:hj Aqua Soothing Hyaluorinc Acid Mask (green one) - perfect for these hot and humid days in NYC. Especially this Memorial Day weekend when the sun was blazing hot.
5. Aritaum Hyaluronic Acid Fresh Essence Mask - will skip because of the alcohol scent from the other Aritaum sheet mask that I tried.
6. Aritaum Fresh Powder Pearl Mask - I was looking forward to this brand, but I felted alcohol when I had the mask on my face so it prevented me from opening the Aritaum Hyaluronic Acid one. However, my skin did feel and looked brighten afterwards.
7. Scinic Hyaluronic Acid Essence Mask - saw alcohol as one of the main ingredients so skipped this one and the next one.
8. Scinic Snail Matrix Mask
9. MyBeautyDiary - Red Wine Mask - I was looking forward to this mask because I didn't want to buy the whole box when I was in Taiwan. After trying it, it smelled like Dimetapp the entire time on my face-definitely a pass. Lucky, I didn't buy the entire box in Taiwan.

Banila Co. It Radiant Lace Hydrogel Eye Patch - I remember getting these pretty eye patches before from Beauteque and I like them. Will use them again when traveling on the airplane.

 

Yadah Vitalizing Mask - Pomegranate  - How do I not know of this brand until now??? Not very scented and very moisturizing. A must-buy!

Yahad Brightening Mask - Lime - I love this mask, I'm so glad that Beauteque introduced this brand to me. This has made it to my top 5 masks for spring/summer. I did look and feel radiance afterwards (about a hour of leaving it on my face). I'm going to buy more of this brand on my next skincare shopping trip. This mask was my favorite this month.

 

Re:cipe Slowganic Sheet Mask - Tangerine - Whitening

Re:cipe Slowganic Sheet Mask - Grape - Anti-Wrinkle - when I opened this, it smelled grapy. Like Dimetapp grapy. This is a mediocre sheet mask. Moisturizing but it dries up after 15 minutes.
