I went from an easy, hurried, low-maintenance facial cleaning ritual to trying out the Asian 10 step skincare routine. Being raised in New York City has damaged and polluted my skin; I'm now repairing and focusing on anti-aging.
I want to buy and use products from a broad number of brands, I didn't just want to stick with one brand, I shopped around and compared all. I will try to write reviews each month, one which will be a list my skincare routine products, sharing my experiences on each product.

Beauteque June Monthly BB Bag 2016 Review
Beauteque Beauty Treats
Dessert For Your Skin

Use promo code "ILENE" for a special something (10% OFF) at checkout at beauteque.com and/or beauteque.com/subscriptions.

Every month there could be 6-8 full-sized products in every bag which can range anything including make-up, skincare, body care, beauty tools, hair care, lifestyle products and etc. If you buy it per month or up to 3 months it is $24, $23 for 6 months or $22 for 12 months. The retail values can range between $65 to $85 in every BB bag.

I brought it for a year to try it out and this is my last one because I always end up giving away a item or two from each bag. This bb bag is perfect for people just getting into Korean or Asian beauty.

Date Shipped: June ?? No idea - Package came before tracking number was emailed to me.

Date Arrived: June 15

Summertime means eating alot of treats and laying around!
  1. HolikaHolika Cover Hiding Concealer No. 2-  I remember getting the saem concealer within this year of BB bags and liked it so hopefully this one doesn't disappoint because I'm used to liquid concealer so look forward to future reviews on this product.
  2. The Saem - Chocopie Hand Cream - I'm looking forward to taking this out of my bag and trick people in thinking that this is a hand cream instead of a cookie haha.
  3. SkinFood Black Sugar Mask - I finally got my hands on this product. This is one of those products where I wanted to try but didn't want to buy the full-sized product if I didn't like it.
  4. HolikaHolika Dessert Time Lip Balm - Lemon - I don't like the favor of Lemon so I will be giving this away to my sister, but lip balms are best to put in your handbag during the summer to avoid chapped lips.
  5. PureDerm Vital Radiance Hair Mask - Honey - I'm glad I got Honey this time. I have used this before from Beauteque and these make your hair feels reaqlly nice and smooth but I wouldn't go out and buy the full size because I rather buy conditioner and rinse it out after 5 minutes instead of waiting in the shower for 15 minutes for this product to do its job.
  6. Beauty Blending Sponge in Pink - Just in time because I was about to throw out my Sephora blending sponge.
Individual reviews coming soon!

  1. PreLab Toning Peeling Tap - I was excited when I saw the brand, "PreLab" featured again in this month's bag. I'm in love with their sheet masks.
  2. MilkyDress SOS Blemish Cream - Perfect cream for the start of summer when pimples start coming out and pollen in is in air for allergy sufferers. A bit smaller than I imagined.
  3. TonyMoly Bamboo Gel or The Saem Fresh Bamboo Smooth Gel - I have seen and tested the TonyMoly Bamboo Gel in the Flushing Mall in NYC so I was looking forward in getting the Saem version because I haven't seen or used it yet. I'm all for using different brands of product.
  4. The Saem Healing Garden Tea Cleansing Tissue - perfect for on-the-go.
  5. A'pieu Glow Nail Touch in shade CR05 - PERFECT SUMMER COLOR! I will be using this today!

I love this month's bag because it focused majority on skincare!!!

    1. Dr. Morita Caviar Moisturizing Essence Eye Mask - even though the packaging say to leave it for 10-15 minutes, I had it on for half hour and it was still filled with essence. This was the first product I ripped open and used when my bag arrived.
    2. The Saem Saemmul Easy Eyeliner (Black)- creamy perfect black eyeliner- enough said!
    3. Baviphat Urban Dollkiss Peach All-in-one Peeling Gel - cute peach design and I was going to get it to my sister but this will be on my summer skincare routine line instead.
    4. Seatree Art Moisture Mist - not much information on this product. The mist spray is very watery and it dispensed is very scattered. This mist is a far cry from my current mist (Clio Micro Fine Collagen Mist) but it's cute to leave on your work office table to have your coworkers envy it!
    5. Toyoepin 2-in-1 Permanent Crazy Mini Natural False lash- I never used or brought eyelashes. I like how these are separated so you can take the amount that you need. This will hopefully be a first of many eyelashes to purchase in the future because Asian lashes are pretty much non existent.
    6. Somoon Dog Nose Pore 3-step Pack - These get rid of sebum and disgusting blackheads but 3-step nose pack in general usually doesn't work on me and it's too much of a hassle.
    7. Hot cute pink make-up bag - I like how this material is a step better than the one we got last month.
Overall, I loved this month's bag. You can say I'm biased because I prefer skincare over to make-up products. Happy Spring!!

I was happy to hear about this theme. My skin was crying for moisture.

      1. The Face Shop Daegwallyeong Fresh Milk Cream - huge tub-300ml!!!! I will use this as a body cream. I love Face Shop stuff and the creams are never a failure or disappointment!
      2. Mizon Snail Repair Eye Cream - I have the all-in-three snail cream from Mizon so I think that the eye cream uses similar ingredients. I was on my way to order new eye cream when the spoiler of March BB bag was emailed to me which made me delay my purchase for now. I have opened it and used it ever since. I totally disregard my belief eye cream that I was in the middle of using haha.
      3. Ladykin Glow Lipstick (shade will vary) I got #8 fall rose which is a mix shade of pink and beige. I prefer this over an orange shade lipstick (never used) that I got in some previous BB Bag. This will be my favorite lipstick after I finish using my Clio Diamond lipstick.
      4. Cosrx Acne Pimple Master Patch - great time to arrive since spring is here and summer is coming which allows for pimpples to appear!
      5. Egg Brush cleanser tool - I was so happy to see this in this month as the beauty tool. I have been washing my sponges by hand with cleansing oil, foam cleanser and antibacterial soap. Now I have some help.
      6. Urban Dollkiss Velvety Skin Triple Mini M23 BB Cream - good thing mines was in shade M23 natural beige. I think I have more than enough BB cream and this miniature version is a good try-me thing. Those who got the A to Z All in One Cream--I'm very jealous lol.

      Another great BB bag Beauteque!

When I got the spoiler email, I was so excited, I saw pink roses!!!

The first thing that caught my attention was the red make-up bag. Just in time for Valentine's Day. Sadly, I didn't get the Skinfood Rose Essence Lip Balm to match with the shades of red and pink.
      1. Anskin Remodeling Powder Mask - it's a huge bag and the modeling activator solution is suppose to go in hand with this huge product. My only concern is that the activator bag doesn't have a seal so you can only mix it with the powder mask during your one usage. This is how the good marketing skills of Beauteque get you-haha. It makes you "want-to" purchase the modeling activator if you like it the first time. I still haven't used the modeling powder mask from the September 2015 BB bag because I'm a bit scared to use it because it might be messy. This huge amount of product which came in this month urges me to open those bags.
      2. Anskin Ultimate Solution Modeling Activator - just a booster add-on for the modeling powder mask.
      3. Scinic Honey/Banana Cleansing Foam (the skincare product) - I saw the past spoilers and was like I can wake up and wash my face with the scent of bananas and dream about breakfast! It did leave my skin moisturized. But to me, cleansers are cleansers-I usually don't rave about them much...But I do like Scinic products.
      4. Beauteque Exfoliating Brush (the tool product)- The tool product of this month bb bag came in pink-finally something pink. The white hairs on the brush are so fine and soft. It's really nice for sensitive skin, but to really clean pores-I beg to differ.
      5. Skinfood Avocado Lip Balm (the make-up product)- It was advertised as "style will vary" and I really wanted to try the SkinFood Rose Essence because it's winter and I wanted something moisturizing because of the word, "essence" and there is a bit of a pink tint to the rose version - Plus I really needed a lip balm so this was the only product I was looking forward to from this BB bag. The texture was a bit hard for the lips but it's a decent lip balm for the winter. I'm really happy about this product.
      6. Lador Sleeping Clinic Ampoule (the hair product) - behold the hair product!!! When I first saw the packaging, I thought it was a skincare product but then it say hair. I almost happily flipped my table. It's perfect for split ends. The ends of my hair which is usually dry and in need of moisture seems to really love this product. It also made my boring Asian hair a bit wavy when I woke up after having it in my hair the whole day. This entire "bottle" was done within 3 usages. I will buy more!
      Overall, Great job Beauteque!

The retail values can range between $65 to $85 in every BB bag.

I brought it for a year to try it out.

      Why so slow this month?
Because NYC was hit with Blizzard Jonas.
It was the second biggest snow storm in NYC history.

And usually the USPS takes time.
It came in a box this time instead of a large white package - good thinking Beauteque, because I don't think it would have survived in the blizzard.

      Date Shipped - January 14
      Date Arrived - January 30

This week is not only did Beauteque achieve cute packaging but also a great overall Asian beauty bag. Job well done curating this month. Great way to start the year!

      1. A'pieu Color Longwear Shadow Stick - finally an eyeliner or eyeshadow stick in color BE02 gold-ish brown. This color is perfect for the spring/summer "no makeup" natural look. The color is just a shine (you can't see any color when in contact with my natural beige '23' shade skin. Perfect for inner eye area.
      2. Scinic All Day Fine Pore Toner - a nice soft toner in the middle of harsh winter in NYC, but I think this is more preferable during the summertime because it can control sebum production. Make sure you shake it before usage because the particles of sebum absorption powder will blur the clearness of the bottle. Alcohol is ingredient number 2 which is not a good sign for my sensitive skin.
      3. TonyMoly Pocket Bunny Sleek Mist - something that I wouldn't buy from TonyMoly, but really wanted to try because Asian beauty Youtubers/bloggers raved about this last year or two. If Sephora has this product for $15 in its stores, then this bag is damn worth it! Nice floral scent, moisturizing, easy to throw it into your bag. Best thing ever if you are too lazy to apply make-up to your face, just spray this once or twice and you are good to go out the door! I got the Sleek (oily skin) version so I will save this for the spring time.
      4. Ladykin Affinitic Snail Cream Miniature Set Whitening and Moisturizing. They are tiny! You can throw them in your bag and won't be able to find them. They didn't have a seal so I wasn't to happy with this brand. This product reminds me of the Mizon all-in-one snail cream. It has a gel-like texture which can tighten your pores and it firms your skin and moisturizes during the harsh winters. I will be using this as a summer cream go the good.
      5. Nature Republic By Flower Lip Scrub - perfect timing because I wasn't sure where to buy a lip scrub which I desperately needed during this winter time. Now my lipstick glides on smoothly.
      6. The eyebrow clip (tweezer) is your body care tool of this month. Time to start shaping my eyebrows!
      7. Silver cosmetics bag
I think majority of the cute products this month screams, "Spring and Summer" and yes, we are looking forward to those months already!

      Dazzling December
      An Array of Delectable Delights

      Date Arrived - December 14

Use promo code "ILENE" for a special something (10% OFF) at checkout at beauteque.com and/or beauteque.com/subscriptions.

Every month there could be 6-8 full-sized products in every bag which can range anything including make-up, skincare, body care, beauty tools, hair care, lifestyle products and etc. If you buy it per month or up to 3 months it is $24, $23 for 6 months or $22 for 12 months. The retail values can range between $65 to $85 in every BB bag.

I brought it for a year to try it out.

      1. Ladykin Elmaju Natural Broccoli Super Brightening Cream - This is about 60 ml worth of product for your face or body, but I would prefer to use this on my body and hands because the whitening makes you look like you have a white cast on your face. The broccoli smell isn't that bad. It does smooths and moisturizes your skin but I think I will use it over rashes or itchiness.
      2. Somang Keratin Silk Protein Hair Aqua Essence - I was happy about trying this new product because I do get split ends in my hair. I'm a bit glad that they are trying to venue out to more hair products. It has a nice floral smell when you spray it on your hair. Plus 110 ml is a lot for a "hair spray" and you just spray and you are good to run out the door. My hair feel moisturized and smooth.
      3. TonyMoly Easy Touch Lip Liner #5 Red - I prefer to have a beige one because this would be my very first lip liner and wasn't sure what to expect. It glides on smoothly as the other TonyMoly products do. It's creamy and has a brush applicator at the end. It has a matte finish and I can put the Maybelline 105 Pink Wink color over it without a problem.
      4. Scinic Pig Collagen Jelly Cream - I'm not a fan of anything with an animal name in products such ask snail mucus, bee venom, horse oil and etc. But if you have tried the Holikaholika or TonyMoly version of Pig Collagen, this Scinic version is better than the previous 2 that I mentioned. It has a light floral scent which I like. This is best as a night moisturizer.
      5. Urban Dollkiss Black Evil Nail Polish #2 Plum - 8.5 ml worth of cute-but-late-for-Halloween nail polish. This color is a bit red/pink for plum because when I hear plum, I think purple. It's pigmented.
      6. Beauteque Rainbow Volume Brush - This is the body care product which beauteque has every month, with a mirror on the other side.
Overall, just 6 products to close off the year. I was hoping for something better since it has been a full year since beauteque monthly launched, but it was diverse. I kinda wanted to see a Skinfood brand or something similar, but some unknown brands are ok. I think if you say about $25 per bag is worth it if you like the pig collagen cream, but my favorite is the hair aqua essence spray while the others were meh for me. Gold metallic pouch to close the year off is nice.

The retail values can range between $65 to $85 in every BB bag.

I brought it for a year to try it out.

When I got the email on 10/15, and "A Beautiful Bounty For A Stunning Season" was the theme I was looking forward to this bag. 4th spoiler was notified via email on November 11. No pamphlet this time because they wanted to conserve and save paper, so I could only use common sense to figure out what the products are for and how to use them.

      1. Secret Key Lemon D-Toc Peeling Gel - I needed a peeling gel this month. Glad that it came in time even though lemon is not my favorite. The directions and instructions are in Korean.

      2. Baviphat Urban Dollkiss Touch My Body Wash - ran out of bath wash - perfect timing beauteque. The directions and instructions are in Korean. It is unscented and it was not sealed so it leaked. I'm not too happy about this product. When I used it, it has this generic cosmetic smell - I have no clue if it is cherry or rose.

      3. Baviphat Urban Dollkiss Paprika Hand Cream - cute hand cream which came just in time because I'm running out of my TonyMoly peach hand cream. The directions and instructions are in Korean but it is pretty much straight forward. You open the lid and use it. It was unsealed and it smells like grapes. It has a light consistency, plus I'm happy that I got the anti-aging one. Hands are important.

      4. Banila Co. It Radiant Lace Hydrogel Eye Patch - It has illuminating and lifting properties with ceramide and rose with white flower complex. I like the lace part. The directions and instructions are in Korean.

      5. Kinepin Bath Ball in Pink - I think many people will compliant about this product because I wasn't too happy about this. But I needed a shower bath ball. The directions and instructions are in Chinese.

      6. A'pieu Soochaebit Finger Blusher in RD 1 - A make-up product added to this bath-oriented bundle. The directions and instructions are in Korean. This is a product that I don't need and the color I do not like and I will be gifting this away to someone.

      7. Cow Bubble and Aroma Bath Salt in grapeThe directions and instructions are in Japanese so using common sense I think you add a bit of water and then pour the whole pack in and then add more jump and jump in and enjoy the bath.

      8. Beauteque
Pore Brush in White - no comment...let's see if I will slowly see my pores disappear.

Overall, I think this month was catered towards bath/shower related products which I don't mind, but some people would. Two body care products came this month which is unusual because every month there is 1 body product. Thankfully, some products I really needed because I ran out otherwise I wouldn't be a happy camper.

Beauteque October BB Bag 2015 REVIEW + PROMO CODE

Beauteque October BB Monthly Bag review

      "Beauteque's Life of Luxury" theme

When I got the email on 09/15, and "Life of Luxury" was the theme I was looking forward to this bag.

      Package shipped : October 23
      Arrived on October 27

Use promo code "ILENE" for a special something (10% OFF) at checkout at beauteque.com and/or beauteque.com/subscriptions.

Every month there could be 6-8 full-sized products in every bag which can range anything including make-up, skincare, body care, beauty tools, hair care, lifestyle products and etc. If you buy it per month or up to 3 months it is $24, $23 for 6 months or $22 for 12 months. The retail values can range between $65 to $85 in every BB bag.

I brought it for a year to try it out.

      1. SNP Cactus Soothing Gel - excited about this because aloe Vera has been raved about throughout this entire summer and this product won't be my first aloe Vera. It's soft and perfect for inflammation or extra moisture on the skin. I was worried about the "cactus" part but I think it's just the packaging.
      2. Secret Key Glam Romance Perfume Body Lotion Glam#1- this could have been unnecessary because the aloe Vera product would be enough for moisturizing this month, but it doesn't hurt to try another product. I got a purple color exterior which is Glam#1 but the product is the same. The material is a light product so it absorbs easily, perfect for the summer time. There is a very light jasmine and floral scent. Really loved it.
      3. Baviphat Easy Looks Soft Lipstick Shade 02 - perfect time because I needed a color lipstick. Wished I got the red or pink one. I only have an orange and beige color so far, so adding this coral orange color to my collection won't hurt.
      4. Happy Bath facial yogurt foam - final spoiler on 10/8. Just in time for a new cleansing foam. Mine is a green color, which has a lemon, orange, lime scent along with herbs. Nice soft foam cleanser for the upcoming winter months.
      5. AngelLooka Hand Mask - weird, but this was why I subscribed to Beauteque. I would have never purchased this alone but this item opened me up to purchasing hand mask in the future. Not sure if much can be accomplished with a hand mask. The scent that I got was 'shea butter/calendula/helianthus annuus seed oil', I think this moisturizes, and help with anti-aging. But it's a white plastic glove with essence in it. I could barely last 5 minutes with it on. Too sticky.
      6. Beauteque Contour Brush in purple- this will be a new brush to my beauty tools. Never too late to learn skills with contouring and face defining with makeup.
      7. The black lace make-up bag is my favorite bag so far during this subscription so far. You have no clue how much I loved this pouch bag. I want to get another one.
My conclusion to this bag is that it's informative and you can add stuff to your beauty collection and these are items used in the daily routine. But I can see how some subscribers wouldn't be happy. I think visually, I got too much purple, pink and green-ha.

The retail values can range between $65 to $85 in every BB bag.

I brought it for a year to try it out.

Soothing September theme to end the summer.
I'm not fond of the floral bag this month. It is half the size as the previous two bag and the material isn't that great, but this bag is good for carrying chargers and wires.

      1 - Aritaum Aloe No-Wash Cleansing Water
2 - AcquaGems Herbal Soothing Cream
3 - The Saem Mint Jungle Foot Cream
4 - Inner Kallia Special Care Modelling Pack - notified as the final spoiler via email on 09/10/15
5 - Mixing bowl was the body care physical item this month
6 - Secret Key Secret Kiss Holic Pigment Glitter - I got Gold!

      • Aritaum Aloe No-Wash Cleansing Water or the Saem Tea Tree Garden Cleansing Water. I think the cleansing water item made this month bag worth the money. I got the Tea Tree which helps with sebum care. Beauteque read my mind for the September month cause my sebum production is increasing.
      • AcquaGems Herbal Soothing Cream - do you use it on your face or body? I chose to use it as a hand cream. Very soft and moisturizing.
      • Inner Kallia Special Care Modelling Pack - I got the Wrinkle Collagen. Modeling Mask is not something that I have ever done before but I knew of the process. Apply a thick layer, wait, and peel. I just feel the whole method of opening the packaging, pouring the powder in a mixing bowl and adding a certain amount of water, and then apply to your face and wait and then peel off the rubber material is just too much work.
      • The blue mixing bowl that Beauteque provided us is a smart marketing strategy otherwise I wouldn't even bother to use the modeling pack.
      • The Saem Mint Jungle Foot Cream - mint on your feet when you sleep and let the product do its magic.
      • Secret key Secret kiss Holic pigment glitter- I was surprised with the eye-shadow glitter. It glides on easily and beautifully when carefully applied. You need to be careful when pouring it out of the bottle. Make sure you do it over the sink otherwise your whole floor will be glittery. Beauteque read my mind because I was shopping for a shimmer eye-shadow. This product and the cleansing water are my two favorite product in this month's bag.
Looking forward to October's luxury theme.

Beauteque August 2015 BB Monthly Bag Treasure Chest + PROMO CODE

Beauteque August BB Monthly Bag review
      "Beauteque's Treasure Chest" theme

Date for "Pick me" : July 16, 2015.
      Date Shipped : August 15, 2015
      Date Arrived : August 19, 2015

Use promo code "ILENE" for a special something (10% OFF) at checkout at beauteque.com and/or beauteque.com/subscriptions.

Every month there could be 6-8 full-sized products in every bag which can range anything including make-up, skincare, body care, beauty tools, hair care, lifestyle products and etc. If you buy it per month or up to 3 months it is $24, $23 for 6 months or $22 for 12 months. The retail values can range between $65 to $85 in every BB bag.

I brought it for a year to try it out.

On July 16, I was able to chose my picks for three items and then on July 29, I got a spoiler email telling me that the 4th product is the Holika holika Wonder Drawing No Smudge Liquid Eyeliner. I was excited when I got the tracking email on August 15 which means that my package will come the next couple of days.

Cute sea green bag, something related to seaweed in the sea with the treasure chest theme. But the outside material of the green bag was a bit on the cheap side because the ink of a card that was stuck on the green bag damaged the outside of the bag. It took 4 alcohol pads to remove the ink from the bag.

      1. Mizon All in One Snail Repair Cream
      2. Purederm Hair Mask - first choice was Jojoba, then Chamomile and then Honey.
      3. The Saem Cover Perfection Tip Concealer - first choice of Natural Beige 1.5 was given to me.
      4. Holika holika Wonder Drawing No Smudge Liquid Eyeliner
      5. Hanaka V-line chin pack
      6. Purederm clean and fresh peeling gel
      7. O'Palis Facial Oil Blotting Paper
      8. A sheet mask because I have the month-to-month subscription.
I was happy about the Mizon snail repair cream because I have the regular size product in my bathroom closet and was happy that I can put this product in my bag on the go. It's a gel-like textured cream. It firms, tightens and repairs scarring on my skin.

I have heard about the hair mask, but never got the guts to buy one and try. It seems like an ultra conditioner, it is very thick. It looked like glue at first, but it combs through your hair very smoothly. I won't recommend this for fragile hair or oily hair because strands of my hair kept falling off. There was a peppermint tinkling feeling on my head when applied-don't know if that is a good thing. But my hair did feel soft for a couple of days. Another reason way I subscribed to Beatueque so I can be introduced to new things like this peeling gel which is good to carry-on for traveling. I like being surprised with goodies that I never tried before.

This concealer came in time because I was thinking about getting either a highlighter or cc cream. Now I can use this for a month or two before making a decision to purchase more makeup.

I finished my maybelline master liquid eyeliner and my new sephora gold eyeliner wasn't doing the job for me, so this product also came just in time. The sephora eyeliner kept coming off when you rub your eyes gently and waterproof it was not. This holika holika seems to do the job, but it also keeps falling off when I used it a couple times. I gave up using it after 2 times.

I needed something for my slowly existing and visible double chin, so the V-line came just in time. Plus I like the "Alice in Wonderful" theme for the packaging.

I had purchased a set of Korean blotting papers before this month BB bag arrived on my doorstep. However, Beauetque offered a Chinese brand so let's see how this works.

This month is very travel-friendly which is good so I can stock up for my trip soon.

Beauteque BB Monthly Bag - July 2015 - Picnic of Pretty + PROMO CODE

This is my first Beauteque BB Bag review.
Beauteque outdid themselves with the July BB Bag. Summer theme "Picnic of Pretty" especially with the plaid straw little make-up bag.!

      Date Shipped : July 29
Date Arrived : July 30- ripped the package open when it came in the mail in the afternoon and started to use the products. I couldn't wait-so excited!

      1. Etude House Milk Talk Body Wash (Chocolate): Beauteque sent all the subscribers a voting survey on June 18, 2015 to pick either the Set 1: Apple or Strawberry or Set 2: Choco or Steam Milk). Sadly I didn't remember what I chose-I'm thinking Strawberry or Choco. I got the Chocolate. It's nice that Beauteque was considerate enough to put bubble wrap around the top in case it were to leak. Smelling chocolate in the shower is definitely something new.

      • Beauteque also gave me the option to choose between 3 colors of Tonymoly Crystal Blusher: No.1 (Milky Pink), No.2 (Pleasure Pink) or No.3 (Peach). I got the #3 - Pleasure Peach color. Perfect for the summer time, add a little color to the face.

      • Jeju Hallabong Enery Peeling & Pack Mini -An unknown product to me, but then that is why I chose to subscribe to Beauteque, so this company can introduce me to new products that I am not familiar with. It's comes in 3 different skin needs - Energy Peeling Gel, Energy Live Pack, Ghassoul Pack.  The Ghassoul Pack is my favorite cleans the pores and rids of sebum, which we produce a lot in when the temperatures are warmer outside.

      • Golden Monkey Glamour Lip (3-step kit), which was hinted as an spoiler on Beauteque's Facebook page on July 2, 2015. Yes, I try to pay attention to what I am buying. I'm not a fan of the three step nose treatment, but seeing the lip one is definitely a ball changer. As I don't use lipstick, but use lip balm frequently so exfoliating and moisturizing my lips will be good since I do get dry lips once in a while.

      • Secret Key aloe smoothing moist toner or Witch hazel pore clear toner. I did not get to choose this one for a pick. I was leading towards the witch hazel one because aloe is something that almost every skincare person has heard of and used. But aloe is good for the summertime when your skin needs all the moisture it can get.

      • And lastly, Beauteque blending brush. (This is the body care product that provided every month). I will use this for the tony moly blusher that I received because I have never used a blush and I wouldn't have the applicator if this item didn't come with the bag.

For those that are wondering, Beauteque is an online cosmetic shop that has brands from all over the world, but mainly Korean. Usually their monthly BB bag consists of 6 full sized products which can range from skincare, makeup and body care. You get billed on the 15th of every month if you are an monthly subscriber, but since I'm a newly yearly subscriber, mine will be shipped (hypothetically) on June 15, I think? So I paid $25.92 per bag.

On July 8, 2015, I received an email from Beauteque Monthly stating that "We wish to inform you that, unfortunately two products in your July BB Bag are unexpectedly delayed in shipment. The manufacturers overseas had a minor mistake in shipment which caused the delay. While we are striving to make sure these products are released to us so that we can then send them to you, we have been informed that this may take up to one month. We genuinely apologize for the delay, and would like to offer you an option." Everyone makes mistakes, so I didn't think much about it and they give me the option of either having the available products shipped first and the remaining afterwards or wait until everything is available and then be shipping. I decided to wait until everything was ready and then have it shipped to me. They offered a $5 coupon for the inconvenience, which is nice, I brought an "My Beauty Diary Black Pearl Total Effects Mask Box" with it.

On July 23, 2015, they sent me another email stating that, "there was an oversight by the entity who shipped us the July BB bag products, and that a small batch of 'The Yeon Jeju Hallabong Mask Pack' has not yet arrived to us." So I used that code to buy another product (in my case, I got the Mask Grab Bag) on the regular Beauteque site. This company just keeps taking my money haha.
But all was forgotten when I opened my package and saw two Hanaka sheet mask (which I was so happy about) in apology to the July BB bag lateness. Now this is how you do business. I have to say as this is my first bag of the 12 and I got a good start with Beauteque Monthly. I hope my other 11 BB bags go smoothly.
